"No matter how good you are.
If you are in the wrong place, you are worthless."

At first, it sounds unfair. How can someone become worthless simply because they are in the wrong place? Surely talent should speak for itself. Surely hard work should always be enough. But if you look a little deeper, you will realize that this quote is not questioning your worth. It is reminding you that your value can only be recognized in an environment where it is meant to grow.

Imagine planting the healthiest seed in a desert.

No matter how strong the seed is, it cannot become a tree without water. Its potential remains hidden, not because there is something wrong with the seed, but because there is something wrong with the environment. The same seed, planted in fertile soil, would grow into something remarkable. The difference was never the seed. It was where it was planted.

People are not very different.

Some spend years believing they are not talented enough, smart enough, or capable enough. They begin doubting themselves because their efforts produce little reward. But sometimes, the problem is not their ability. It is the place they continue choosing to remain. An environment that discourages growth will eventually make even the most gifted person question their own potential.

Think about the people around you.
