Some wounds don’t show on the outside.
They show in your silence.
Your people-pleasing.
Your fear of asking for help.
Your tendency to sabotage love.
Your inability to rest without guilt.

That’s your inner child speaking.

And if you're in your 20s or 30s and still carrying invisible pain, know this:

You are not broken. But you may be carrying a version of yourself that still believes they are.

💭 Who is your inner child?

Your inner child is the version of you that never got the love, safety, or understanding they needed when they were small.

It's the "you" that learned to survive, not thrive.

The "you" that felt invisible, had to be strong too early, or never learned what safe love looks like.

And here’s the painful truth:

If you don’t go back and love that child now, you will live your whole adult life based on their pain.
